3/4 cup tomato juice
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce to taste

1 Tomato slice for garnish
1 lemon slice for garnish

What You'll need:

Veggies of your choosing
Mix ranch dressing and Surface Of The Sun Hot Sauce, 5 parts Ranch Dressing to 1 part Surface of the Sun Hot Sauce

Sun Of A Spicy BBQ Chicken and Veggies
What you'll need:
1/2cup of your favorite Barbecue Sauce
1tsp. Surface Of The Sun Hot Sauce (more or less)
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
1 zucchini, cut lengthwise in half
1 yellow squash, cut lengthwise in half
1 red pepper, cut into quarters
1/4cup Zesty Italian Dressing
HEAT grill to medium heat.
MIX barbecue sauce and Surface Of The Sun Hot Sauce
GRILL chicken 6 min., turning after 3 min. Brush with half the sauce.
ADD vegetables to grill. Cook chicken and vegetables 9 to 12 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing chicken with remaining sauce and brushing vegetables with dressing.
Sun Scorching Wild Wings
What you'll need:
1lb chicken wings
5oz. Surface Of The Sun Hot Sauce
Heat shortening in your fryer to 350 degrees F. Fry wings for 10-14 minutes, or until light brown. Melt the 4oz. of butter in a sauce pan mix in 5oz. of surface Of The Sun Hot Sauce and pour into a plastic container with a lid. Remove wings and drain on a rack or paper towels briefly. After draining wings place wings in a the plastic container. Replace lid and shake well to coat wings. Pour wings out onto a plate and add celery on the side, plus ranch or bleu cheese dressing for dipping.
